Brad has over 20 years experience in safety management and safety critical roles across Australia. This work has covered emergency services, transport, manufacturing, construction and the resources sectors. Brad's roles have covered all vital safety requirements from critical response, investigations, regulatory auditing and senior management of workplace safety.
Brad’s experience encompasses:
- workplace investigations involving fatalities
- prosecutions
- safety management system evaluation, development and improvement
- development of consultative processes in business
- auditing in safety and quality (over 500 career audits, majority as authorised auditor for govt regulator)
- identifying and advising senior management in achieving due diligence requirements for WHS law
- linking corporate safety with operational safety needs.
Phillip Rattle
Consultant / Trainer & Assessor
Phillip boasts 25 years experience in safety assessment and education across multiple sectors including; transport, manufacturing, construction, resources and law enforcement sectors. His roles have covered critical response, investigations, regulatory auditing and senior management of safety.
Phillip’s experience encompasses:
- implementation of risk management practices
- development of workplace inspection methodology
- workplace investigations
- prosecutions
- safety management system evaluation, development and improvement
- development of consultative processes in business
- auditing in safety and quality (over 350 career audits, majority as authorised auditor for govt regulator)
- linking corporate safety with operational safety needs.
Kelly Reid
Administration Manager
Kelly has over 14 years business management experience. She is the legal secretary for the company and is committed to supporting all clients with their needs through ASC’s services.
Kelly’s experience encompasses:
- developing and maintaining corporate relationships
- management of effective training programs and schedules
- facilitating training services for clients and trainees
- providing ongoing support to clients undertaking studies
The BSB41415 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety provides students with knowledge of the drastic changes to health and safety law across Australia and how they can achieve compliance with this legislation as well as provide a safer work place for themselves and their colleagues.
