Q. Can I enrol in the course outside normal business hours?
A. Yes. You can enrol out of hours via the enrolment page of this website. You can also contact the administration contact number which is manned daily until 8:00pm UTC (Perth time)
Q. What do I need to bring to class?
A. It is not mandatory, but highly advantageous to bring a laptop computer to the class. A number of class room activities will utilise the internet for obtaining information to assist you going forth after the course.
Q. How much work is involved?
A. The course is based on 5 intensive days of classroom delivery with work being completed during but predominantly after class.
Q. How long does it take for my assessment to be marked?
A. It generally takes 1 week for assessments to be marked against the units of competency.
Q. How much time do I have to complete and submit my work after the course?
A. Students are provided with up to 8 weeks to complete their workbook after the classroom delivery. There are 40 hours of classroom work and approximately 20-30 hours of post class work involved in this qualification.
Q. Will I be assessed fairly against what was covered during the classroom delivery?
A. Yes. The trainer that delivers your course will be your assessor.
Q. Can I get recognition of prior learning (RPL)?
A. Yes. RPL can be sought for all or some of the units of the course. Contact us to discuss the best approach for you.
